Wonderful hotel in the heart of Myeongdong
My friend Elsa and I planned this girl's trip and boy, am I glad we chose to stay at L7 Myeongdong. The location was right in front of the airport bus drop-off & pick-up stop making it super convenient to arrive and leave the hotel. We were also a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong which is comparable to Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui or Sydney's Pitt Street.
Room - perfect for the fussy traveler, there were Malin + Goetz toiletries, roomy and comfy twin beds, a spacious washroom with a good pressure shower that could go as hot as I needed it to be.
Reception service - Where do I start? They were lovely and were able to communicate with us in English pretty fluently. We were one of those travellers who would come with different requests which were all tended to:
1) Book restaurant - recommend Bover Lounge for brunch and Mingles for fine dining - Check √
2) Book our beauty makeover (which we loved) - recommend Jung Saem Mool - Check √
3) Track down Korean beauty sheet masks all over town - Check √
Special credit goes to Isabelle who had to deal with us since check-in and her sweet colleagues Izzy and Aaron. We got those masks in the end!
